Happy, happy birthday, Hunter!

(yes, i did forget to buy birthday candles)

This week Hunter turned 12! I still can't believe it has been so long since we were praying and yearning for another baby to join our family. We waited so long! But he was worth all the effort. He brought so much joy into our family. He is such a sweet loving boy with an amazing love of the gospel. We are so grateful that he came to live with us. Now he is about to become a deacon. Time flies! In some ways I can't wait to see what kind of man he becomes but yet, I want him to stay small, snuggly and mommy's little man. My luv bug has become my big handsome boy.

Now on to another picture of the day...........

Friday decided it couldn't be out done by Thursday morning's glory so it put on its own show.

Happy Birthday, Hunter!! I had no idea our kiddos were so close to the same age--your youngest and my oldest. What a cute kid! I so understand the wanting them to grow up but NOT wanting them to grow up. I love the birthday 'candle'...just like any kid, I'm sure he didn't care as long as he got to dig into the awesome cake. Looks like a fun day.

Beautiful temple pictures. They go straight to my heart. I yearn to be home right now :(

Happy birthday Hunter! I remember him in first grade! Times is flying, I should really accept that. Love the temple photos, they are soooo beautiful!

Hey, Happy Birthday Hunter ! You and your sister are two of the nicest children we've ever had the pleasure of knowing...Don has commented on how well brought up you two have been and I agree...

Good job Mom and Dad and no matter what you do, time keeps marching on !

That Temple picture looks like a fine painting...awesome !

Hi Lynn--
I looove your avatar. I found mine on a perfume ad! You don't see many orange-haired girls and most of them are cuter as cartoons than in real life! ha ha
